We work with you to decide what stays and what goes, then give the things you keep a home that fits your daily life. Everyday items stay easy to reach, seasonal belongings have a place, and accessible floors and shelves get a light cleaning along the way.
We plan storage around your garage and how you use it. From sourcing shelves and bins to assembly and installation, we handle the setup so you don’t have to shop for everything or figure out how to put it together.
Need unwanted items hauled away or a place for bikes, strollers, tools, and bulky gear? We coordinate junk removal and specialty storage options, including wall-mounted systems, overhead racks, and cabinetry. When a specialist is needed, we arrange the details.
THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTOS
Two years after moving into their Wake Forest home, a young family’s garage had filled with the things that come with everyday life: strollers, toys, lawn equipment, and boxes. Although they had a three-car garage, they couldn’t park a single car inside.
Their goal was to make room for at least one car. Ideally, two.
We organized the garage around how the family actually uses it. Strollers went in an easy-to-reach spot for daily outings. Toys stayed accessible for playtime, and lawn equipment had a designated place within easy reach. We grouped belongings on shelves and used wall storage to free up the floor.
The result: room for two cars, with everyday belongings easier to find and reach.

We charge a fixed price for the organizing work we agree on, rather than billing by the hour. You’ll receive that price before booking, and it won’t increase if the agreed work takes us longer than expected.
Introductory pricing — regularly $799
Sorting larger items, light cleaning, and putting your garage back in order.
Most standard organizing projects are planned for one day.Larger projects, storage installation, and hauling may need additional scheduling.
We’ll look at your garage, talk through your goals, and give you a written proposal. Any new work or added cost needs your approval first.
Materials, specialty installations, and junk removal are quoted separately. Your written proposal confirms the full price before you book. Additional assembly, detailed small-item sorting, and specialty cleaning are listed separately when needed. More extensive projects are quoted individually.

Request Your Free ConsultationLet us know what you need help with and where you’re located. Photos are helpful but optional. We’ll talk with you and arrange a consultation to see the garage.
You’ll receive a written proposal with the organizing price and any additional products or services clearly listed. Review and approve the plan before we move forward.
Once you approve the proposal, a non-refundable 25% deposit reserves your project date. We coordinate the schedule around any deliveries or installers. Your deposit is applied to the final balance.

We quote a fixed price for the organizing work agreed in your written proposal. If that work takes longer than expected, the price stays the same. Any extra work or costs require your approval before we proceed.
No need to clean up first. Tell us what you want to change, whether that’s room to park, a home gym, or easier storage. Photos are optional. Before the work begins, we’ll ask you to move vehicles out, secure pets and valuables, and have an authorized adult available for sorting decisions.
Yes. We use existing storage where it works for your garage and goals. If you need more, we can source shelves and bins or discuss options you purchase yourself. Products, assembly, and installation are clearly listed in your proposal, with any separate costs approved before work begins.
Yes. We coordinate storage setup and junk removal so you don’t have to manage several providers. Options can include wall-mounted systems, overhead racks, and cabinetry, with specialists arranged when needed. Materials, specialty installations, and junk removal are quoted separately. We confirm the hauling price before loading, and nothing is discarded without your permission. Donation acceptance is not guaranteed.
Accessible floors and shelves get a light cleaning as we organize. Mopping, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and pest-waste cleanup require separate assessment and pricing. Detailed small-item sorting is also listed separately when needed. We do not provide live pest removal, uncontained hazardous-waste removal, oil-stain removal, or painting.

After the consultation, we provide your written proposal and service terms before you book. Written acceptance and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total reserve your date. Any additional materials advance is disclosed before acceptance. Your payments are credited toward the final invoice, with the balance due when the agreed project is complete.
The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable. You may transfer your booking once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Short-notice changes are handled individually, with any charges agreed before a new date is set. Cancellation terms and any required notices are provided before booking; applicable statutory cancellation rights take priority.
